• Support participants in developing and achieving individualized goals related to daily living, interpersonal relationships, employment readiness, and wellness management. 
• Coordinate with mental health providers, care managers, vocational specialists, and other service professionals to support participant progress and continuity of care. 
• Provide crisis intervention, guidance, and supportive counseling when needed. 

Collaboration and Communication

• Maintain effective and professional communication with internal teams, external providers, families, and stakeholders. 
• Promote collaboration with community partners to enhance participant access to resources and opportunities. 
• Represent the PSR program in internal meetings, community outreach efforts, and interdisciplinary case reviews. 

Other Responsibilities

Education Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and/or Experience Requirements

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Administrative Support to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Engineering department, managing incoming and outgoing orders. Under the supervision of the Office Manager, you will assist with daily customer service.




Duties and Responsibilities

•    Administrative Support, office skills, data entry, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office skills

•    Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy

•    Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.

•    Keep neat and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing orders

•    Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Receive incoming calls and make station connections. 

• Take and transmit messages.

• Give routine information as requested.

• Perform general clerical work as assigned, including typing tasks.

• Work cooperatively and courteously with supervisor and co-workers.

• Maintain various files




Requirements and Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent

•    Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is a plus

•    Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs. regularly

•    Excellent computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases

•    Scanning

•    Filing

•    Data Entry

•    Good communication skills

•    Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search, including credit check.
