Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Binary Associate for a printing and paper packaging manufacturing company in Moore County. This position works in the Binary Department and plays a key role in finishing printed packaging materials before they move to the Folding & Gluing Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with printed paper packaging materials after the dye-cut/stamping process
• Tear away excess waste material from stamped products
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards
• Catch completed products off the line
• Stack, package, and load finished materials into boxes
• Palletize boxed products for transfer to the next department
• Lift materials up to 45+ lbs regularly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Once completed in the Binary Department, products move to the Folding & Glue Department for final finishing.

Principal Purpose of Job:

The On-Line (OL) Inspector is responsible for picking finished products from the forming machine. The duties include visually checking each manufactured part for defects and compliance with the specifications. The role of the OL Inspector is to use their observational skills to notice when a material, product part, or finished product differs from the specifications. The OL Inspector will be the first line of defense when defective parts are generated. The OL Inspector will immediately notify the appropriate personnel to correct the problem when a significant issue is detected. Quality items will be counted and stacked in preparation for packing. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick finished parts off the production machine conveyor belt or bed. 
• Cull out defective parts.
• Count products for packing.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.

Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Position Summary:
 We are seeking a Part-Time Logistics Support Associate to assist our operations team with inbound processing, inventory organization, and preparation of equipment for configuration projects.
