We are seeking a self-starter for a Wire Processing position. This role requires the employee to perform setups and maintain machines for optimum run time and efficiency in the wire processing department.
Role and Responsibilities: include, but not limited to
Supervisor Assigns work order and machine(s).
Pull components from warehouse for use on work orders.
Set up the wire processing machines for new work orders.
Perform 5-piece inspection on set-ups to verify the machine is properly set-up.
Perform and document regular applicator/die maintenance.
Trouble shoot and correct wire termination issues.
Report all discrepancies to Supervisor immediately so a corrective action is put in place to control the problem.
Follow all safety precautions and report any safety hazards to the Supervisor.
Re-label component containers as necessary after partial containers are used.
