We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Warehouse Clerk with experience to join our growing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for communication and administration to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. The position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth workflow of inbound and outbound materials. Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, you will unload deliveries from trucks, move inventory to the correct shelving location, fulfill orders, and load up trucks for outbound orders. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is filled accurately. Work Schedule: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm, 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm, or 3rd shift 9:30pm-6am. Pay rate starting at $17/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing incoming and outgoing orders and inspecting for accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to schedule and track shipments and deliveries.
Unload deliveries to and from trucks. Move inventory to the correct shelving location
Record and maintain accurate inventory data, ensuring real-time tracking and inventory control
Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing shipments.
Generate and maintain documentation such as shipping labels, packing lists, and receipts.
Restock incoming items
Fulfill orders: Pull and process orders accurately
File requests for necessary items when stock is low
Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
Keep neat and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing orders
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all proper safety rules.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience with various forklifts. 2-5 years of Reach Truck and Cherry Picker experience is required
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is required
Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 45 lbs. regularly
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
