Warehouse Administrative Opportunity in Clinton, NC
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable & self-motivated individual to join a growing team! Those with an engineering and customer service background are encouraged to apply. Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm + Overtime as needed
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive claims from CMT, create and release SAP claim orders to Operations, and follow up with Production to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Partner with QA and Engineering to identify and document root causes for CMT claims.
Generate CMT claims to sister plants for POH escalators, moving walks, and defective components; track claim status and communicate updates to internal and external customers.
Collect, consolidate, and share claim information with QA and cross-functional teams to support deeper analysis and root-cause investigations.
Provide monthly updates to field teams on quality issues, corrective actions, and trends.
Collaborate across functions to reduce product and process costs using insights from customer feedback and field technician reports.
Complete all required SAP and process transactions accurately and on time.
Engage constructively in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
Attend required safety and job-specific training, follow all safety rules, and proactively report or correct hazards.
Support other tasks as needed to meet department and business needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
High school diploma or equivalent
Engineering or similar technical experience preferred
3+ years Customer Service experience highly preferred
3+ years in a manufacturing setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent MS Office Suite skills, specifically in Excel and Outlook
Proficient in SAP or similar ERP system
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to work with basic to advanced mathematical concepts
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
