We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Parts Washer to join our growing operation. In this role, you will handling and inspecting various components. Previous production experience is preferred.

Work a 10 hour shift
Stand for long periods
Grip & grasp
Be able to lift up to 15lbs

General Labor/ Parts Washer General Washes completed molded parts Specific - Inspect equipment before using. - Inventory job order * Parts come from various departments to be washed* - Parts are placed in a wire basket - Basket is placed on a metal conveyour belt which runs thru the washer - when parts come out of the washer, excess water will be blown off with air hose - Part baskets with cleaned parts will be moved into part carts and moved into a staging area. Associates will push cart to their work station to finish deburring and cleaning. - May preform other related tasks. - Proper Dress - Housekeeping - Fire detection and emergency evacuation - Bending and lifting - Observe all safety rules and regulations for self and others Qualifications Must be willing to perform highly repetitive work without rotation Must be able to understand and follow instruction Must be able to work in extreme heat Tools and Equipment Used Drill Press with steel brush (5.56) to clean out part Scribe- used to remove debris Hammer Vice Grips Safety Glasses Long Sleeves Long Pants Gloves Steel Toe Shoes Hat Scrap Metal dumpster with fittied work table for Trimming finished product Water/Lube hose ( used to lubricate and clean mold after each carb produced).
