Spot Welder Opportunity in Bennettsville, SC
Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Spot Welders to join our growing operation. In this role, you will make your own setup, inspect parts, and deliver to storage/paint dept. Candidate may be trained to operate a forklift and trained to run various machines in the Fab Dept. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is filled accurately. Candidates must have welding experience to be considered for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lift product (10-25 lbs) from bins
- Lift/hold product up to spot weld for 2-5 seconds unassisted
- Requires constant use of hand and arm muscles to hold product mid-air while spot welding
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification and experience a plus
- Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is a plus
- Able to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts and lift 45 lbs. Regularly
- Good communication skills
- Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
- Able to work evening shift 4: 00 pm-2: 30 am
