We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Spot Welders to join our growing operation. In this role, you will make your own setup and inspect parts. Candidates must have welding experience to be considered for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Run spot-welding and resistance-welding machinery to fuse metal parts
Align and hold metal parts using fixtures, jigs, or guidelines.
Check finished welds for strength, correct alignment, and defects
Set up and modify machine controls (heat, pressure, and timing) based on work orders or blueprints.
Requires constant use of hand and arm muscles to hold product mid-air while spot welding
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Schedule Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, OT Fridays as required
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for extended periods
Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Pay $16.00
