Job Location: Fayetteville, NC Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Positions Available Work Location: In Person Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on skill level Schedule: • 8am - 4:30pm • Monday - Friday • 8 Hour Shift • 30 Minute Lunch Period • No nights, No weekends Experience: • Sewing: 1-2 years Job Description: The Sewing Machine Operator is to maintain a high level of quality standards based on product specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience operating various sewing machines in a manufacturing environment. Has a high level of attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring accurate stitching, as well as inspecting finished products for quality. Responsibilities / Duties: • Follow instructions • Operate Industrial Automatic and Manual Sewing Machines • Operate Single/Double Needle, Bartack, Overlock Machines • Operate a Grommet/Snap Press Machine • Assemble / Sew pieces of cut material together • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately • Sew materials according to the Production Sample, ensuring each product meets our quality requirements • Maintain clean work area
