We are looking for a reliable worker who can multi-task, and possess excellent communication skills Candidates should be able to assist faculty, students and all visitors to the jobsite by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance and generally being a positive presence in the workplace. This position is part-time from 8am -12pm with 20 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors to various areas of the building
Answering phones and routing calls to appropriate party
Handling office tasks such as filing and scanning documents.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior administrative experience
Excellent computer skills
Attention to detail.
Great communication skills
