Job Summary:
Join a growing manufacturing team with opportunities for advancement! We are currently seeking Pickers and General Manufacturing Workers to support operations at our Southern Pines-area facilities. You will work on the assembly line, operate machinery, and conduct quality inspections. We value candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand scanning and product picking
Operate machines and perform basic assembly tasks
Conduct quality inspections and ensure packaging accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Lift up to 45 lbs, bend, stoop, grip, and grasp throughout the shift
Stand for extended periods
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
Ability to work various shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours)
Must wear steel-toed shoes and long pants
Pass a drug screen and background check
Strong attendance and positive work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
