Position Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Configuration Specialist to work variable shifts M-F between the hours of 9am 5pm to join our operations team. This role supports the configuration and fulfillment of Apple and Apple ecosystem devices for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Use computer-based systems to sort, scan, and prepare customer orders • Follow on-screen prompts and standardized work instructions accurately • Configure and stage Apple devices and related equipment for shipment • Stage completed orders for carrier pickup (e.g., FedEx, UPS) • Wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages • Operate material-handling equipment such as carts, dollies, and hand trucks • Maintain organization and accuracy in order processing and staging areas
Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (5+ hours per shift) • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 50 lbs or more • Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting
Preferred Qualifications: • Intermediate computer literacy and comfort following software-driven workflows • Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, device configuration, or production environments • Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards • Strong attention to detail and reliability • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
