We arehiring in Washington, NC. We are looking for Paper Mixer workers who are looking to grow within an organization at a long-term full-time job. Reads and follows a formula to mix pulp and binder for the Papermill. Oversees the paper mix tanks to ensure the quality of the finished filter media. Maintains a detailed work record to monitor pulp production and chemical inventory.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to read and write English.
Reading and writing skills to be able to complete the controlled document sheets, read and follow the formulas, and read the control panel and pH meter.
Basic math skills to be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide when figuring inventory use and making liquid measurements
Papermill experience or experience mixing chemicals is recommended.
Must be able to pass a drug test & background check

Schedule:
Will train on 1st shift 6am to 2:30 4 to 6 weeks and then will move to 2nd shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm after training is complete
