Paint-line Loader/Unloader Opportunity in Bennettsville, SC
Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable paint line loader/unloader to join our growing operation. In this role, employees will hang parts by hand on racks of hangers, that are hung about chest to waist high to secure product on an overhead chain conveyer, reaching anywhere from 3 ft. to 6 ft. high. These parts are to be painted and will be moved into the area by a forklift driver and staged to be worked on the line for painting. Hangers are placed on the conveyer 1 at a time and the conveyer is about 7 ft. off the ground and hangers are hung freely, while conveyer moves at a speed of 2 seconds per piece. Employees will reach down in the basket and pick up by hand metal or aluminum parts ranging (approx. 1 to 35 lbs. each). Hang parts onto hangers; some hangers will have poles that parts slide down onto or clips that lock parts into place. The parts move down the line and go up the conveyer to be cleaned, painted and dried. Finished painted parts will then be removed and staged onto a rack then moved to the assembly area to be built.
Duties and Responsibilities
Repetitive Movement including lifting above your head/shoulders
Maintain constant communication with other team members to ensure product quality and quantity
Work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
Requirements and Qualifications
Able to work on your feet for 10-hours daily
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Grip, grasp, push and pull
