Job Description


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

•    Pack all export orders and provide sales with appropriate information for export documents.

•    Pack regular orders and touch up all materials when necessary or return materials to proper location if unable to ship.

•    Run labels/BOL for shipments.

•    Build pallets/crates

•    Load and unload trucks

•    Before product is shipped, check shipping copies, export documentation, and bills of lading for accuracy.

•    Support other shipping functions deemed necessary by supervisor/and or company.

•    Other related duties assigned by Supervisor.

 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent




EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

•    Must have basic math skills.

•    Must have great communication skills.

•    Must be able to regularly stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

•    Must be able to use a staple gun and build crates.

•    Must be able to operate the foam machine.

•    Must have a forklift license.

•    Must be willing to work overtime with short notice.




PAY RATE:

$16/hr.
