Job Summary
• Responsible for all accounting functions of the organization, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow.
• Responsible for coordinating and/or performing all office procedures.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for all financial reports, daily journal entries, and other accounting activities.
• Analyzes, organizes, and performs all office operations and procedures, such as typing, bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
• Evaluates office production, devices new forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
• Maintains procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Review clerical and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Prepares activities reports for guidance of management, using computer.
• Coordinates employee benefit and insurance programs, using computer.
• Prepares organizational budget and monthly financial reports.
• May train and supervise clerical staff.
Job Qualification Requirements
Must have excellent computer skills; must be able to work in Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent math skills, time management skills, highly organized, ability to read, write, and speak English language, excellent knowledge of advanced principles of accounting, ability to multi-task, knowledge of cash management and decision making.
