We arehiring in Washington, NC. We are looking for Hot Melt Operator workers who are looking to grow within an organization at a long-term full-time job.
Operates a hot melt machine to produce filter packs. Makes adjustments to the machine to ensure quality production.
Starting Pay: $17.60

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to read and write English.
Sets up the machine for automatic operation.
Selects the correct media and loads rolls onto the machine.
Adds hot melt to the machine and adjusts hot melt settings.
Reads a Z-drawing and shop packet to determine filter requirements.
Makes modifications to CNC programs.
Uses hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to change rollers.
Uses a measuring tape to determine the correct size of the finished filter pack.
Inspects filter packs for damages or defects.
Places completed packs in frames.
May assist in filter assembly.
Rejects filter packs that do not meet quality standards.
Reads and interprets order numbers to make sure the correct type of filter pack is made.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
6 months experience in manufacturing environment preferred
