The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the facility and provide professional front-desk support. Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Greeting visitors and providing general assistance
• Performing basic computer work and data entry
• Processing card payments (no cash handling required)
• Maintaining organized records and files
• Supporting general office operations as needed
Basic office experience is required. Strong communication and customer-service skills are preferred.
Pay: $13.00 hr.
