• The operator is responsible for all activities on the shift in a metal stamping/assembly welding facility including, grinding, material handling, robotic welding, press operator, as well as other duties as assigned. Employees must follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate hand tools, power tools, assembly equipment, robotic welder, projection welder, tumbler, small press, basic office equipment
• Perform quality checks per company /customer specifications
• Package products to company and / or customer specifications
• Sort products for Quality checking and defect containment
• Accurately record production associated with job or work order
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, removing scrap, stocking raw or finished goods as needed
Requirements:
• Machine Operator and assembly experience required
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be able to accurately complete all required production system documentation such as production reports, inspection reports, etc.
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must submit to background check and drug screen
