We are seeking a Consumer Sales Representative (CSR) through a temp to hire structure to support residential and small business customer acquisition efforts. This role will focus on direct customer engagement, lead generation, and closing sales across assigned service areas.
Responsibilities
• Conduct door to door and outbound sales

• Generate and convert leads
• Track activity in Salesforce
• Support marketing initiatives
• Meet sales targets
Performance Expectations
Daily: 25–30 customer contacts
Monthly: 40–50 new residential sales
Quality: Accurate order entry and strong customer experience
