Customer Service Representative in Fayetteville, NC
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable go-getter with outstanding customer service skills for a local insurance company. Candidate should be comfortable working in a small office and be adaptable in most environments. Candidate must be willing to obtain their Property & Casualty License once hired- includes course & state exam. Potential for permanent placement and career advancement in the future. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; Pay depends on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Accept and process customer payments
Contact customers regarding late payments
File insurance claims accurately and timely
Answer general customer questions and provide support
Maintain organized and accurate records
Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
Train toward obtaining an insurance license
Eventually assist with coverage questions and writing new insurance policies
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma required
Customer service experience required
Prior administrative experience preferred
Property & Casualty License preferred
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Submit to Drug Screen, Credit Check, and Background Search
