We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for Assembly Operator and Pack Out positions on 2nd shift in Southern Pines, NC. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to join a growing company with competitive pay and a consistent work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble product components using hand tools and/or machines
Inspect products for defects or quality issues
Package and label finished products according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Meet production goals and deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
Willingness to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
