We seek a hard-working and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work in our manufacturing department, maintaining the production line by performing the below-mentioned duties. Set up, monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain a continuous web-processing converter to produce adult incontinence products—load raw materials, set up splices, complete forms for product traceability, and monitor machine processes. Under the supervision of the Engineering Project Manager, Leads preventative maintenance activities, troubleshoots processes and process equipment, and executes
equipment repairs/modifications. This is a hands-on position that requires the majority of time to be spent on the production floor working on the equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Experience working in a cGMP environment and the requirements associated (change controls,
cleanliness)
Ability to use PLC for equipment troubleshooting
Electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering or design
Experience maintaining fill/finish, packaging, and sterilizing equipment in a pharmaceutical or F&B
Environment
Uphold SQF requirements including promotion of a strong & positive food safety culture
Active involvement in implementation, upkeep and continuous improvement of food safety as part of an
interdisciplinary team

Requirements and Qualifications
Attention to detail
Must work well in teams and demonstrate behavior conducive to promoting strong teamwork
Must possess a positive attitude in a fast-paced production environment
Must be punctual, on site and ready for work at scheduled hours
Education and Experience:
High School degree or equivalent
3-5 years experience with industrial equipment maintenance or equivalent military experience.
Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred
