Familiarity with Fleet Service preferred but not necessary
Reliable transportation
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team
Experience using hand and power tools
Maintenance Responsibilities:
Maintains a clean work environment.
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
Perform facility upkeep including landscaping and grounds keeping
Perform minor fixes and assemblies
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
Collaborate with workers and other professionals
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Welding
May require additional availability to work overtime.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to Grip, Grasp, Push, Pull
High School Diploma or GED is required
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is a plus but is not required
Able to work on your feet for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 45 lbs. regularly
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
Good communication skills
