Job Description


Maintenance Qualifications/Skills & Experience:

•    Authorized to work in the United States

•    Moderate to heavy lifting/moving required

•    Mechanically Inclined 

•    Familiarity with Fleet Service preferred but not necessary

•    Reliable transportation

•    Fluent in English; written and oral

•    Good written and verbal communication skills

•    Strong sense of time organization and urgency

•    Able to work independently and within a team

•    Experience using hand and power tools

Maintenance Responsibilities:

•    Maintains a clean work environment.

•    Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.

•    Perform facility upkeep including landscaping and grounds keeping

•    Perform minor fixes and assemblies

•    Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems

•    Collaborate with workers and other professionals

•    Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues




Education and Licensing Requirements:

•    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

•    Class I Sit down electric & Class II Stand up narrow isle Forklift Certification preferred (On-site training available)

•    Valid State Driver’s License
