Machine Operator Location: Asheboro, NC Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Injection Molding Job Summary Mega Force has partnered with a leading global manufacturer of injection-molded products to hire dependable Machine Operators in Asheboro, NC.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating injection molding machines and performing secondary production tasks at the press. Duties include trimming parts, inspecting products for quality, handling finished products, and packaging parts according to customer specifications.

Safely and efficiently operate injection molding presses.
Follow standardized work instructions and established production procedures.
Perform visual inspections of parts according to quality requirements.
Inspect parts for defects such as cracks, chip-outs, and other quality issues.
Use a micrometer to check part dimensions when required.
Trim and finish parts according to customer specifications.
Follow production and quality instructions for each production run.
Count, organize, and package finished parts according to requirements.
Properly complete all required shift paperwork and production documentation.
Communicate part defects, quality concerns, equipment issues, or production problems to the Lead, Technician, or Supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Support continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be willing to work 8–10 hour shifts, occasional Saturdays, and overtime as needed.
Must be comfortable working at heights.
Ability to climb ladders safely.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to frequently bend, squat, twist, and perform repetitive movements.
