We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills while providing administrative support in a fast-paced real estate office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
• Maintain reception and common areas in a clean and professional appearance.
• Provide administrative support to real estate agents and office staff.
• Respond to general customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Enter and update information accurately in office databases and software.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
