Responsible for Fabricating new parts and follow safety policies.
Job Duties:
Producing quality parts by installing fabric into molded frames.
Visually inspect both frame and fabric before installing into new frame and sending to glue line.
Stage fabricated frame for trimming operation.
Adhere to safety policies.
Report (to Supervisor/Lead) visual findings for preventative maintenance.
Maintain clean work area (Machines, equipment, P.M’s, etc.)
Perform in other functions as directed by Supervisor/Lead.
Maintain documentation of production.
Maintain production goals of the company.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to product, process and/or the system.
Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality.
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, squat, and stand for long periods of time
• Must be willing to submit to drug screen and criminal background checks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
