Mega Force in Kinston is looking for a dishwasher who will maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by efficiently washing dishes, utensils, and cookware while supporting kitchen staff during high-volume service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
Restock clean dishes and supplies to designated storage areas.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
