Position: Clerical Assistant Location: Statesville NC Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: 19.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support our daily office and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a willingness to assist with administrative and inventory-related tasks. Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.
Receive, monitor, and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
Create and print FedEx shipping labels.
Print carton labels for warehouse operations.
Monitor office supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Monitor warehouse supply levels and report low inventory.
Utilize Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace for daily administrative tasks.
Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Maintain organized files and records.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
