We are seeking a hard-working and reliable candidate with good customer service skills for a position handling order fulfillment. In this role, you will handle multiple tasks, managing incoming /outgoing orders and invoicing. Under the supervision of the manager, you will be responsible for monitoring fulfilment, invoicing, direct calls and handle clerical tasks. You must be meticulous, a good multitasker and be able to problem solve.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Shopify experience helpful
Accurately data enter
Computer Literacy--multiple order software, Excel
Invoicing/billing
Handle multiple tasks
Great Customer Service
Keep neat and orderly records
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
Able to work on your feet/sit for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs. regularly
Good communication skills
