We are seeking a hard-working and reliable CNC Machinist to join our growing operation. In this role, you will operate CNC, manual mills, or lathes. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is filled accurately. Candidates must have CNC Machinist experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
Set-up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
Load tools, fixtures, and materials according to job requirements.
Run and adjust CNC programs as needed to maintain quality
Perform tool offsets, wear adjustments, and basic program edits
Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers
Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrections
Maintain production schedules and meet quality standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Schedule Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, OT Fridays as required
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
Ability to read complex blueprints and specifications
Strong math skills and understanding of machining tolerances
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for extended periods
Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Pay depending on experience
