About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist to manage financial operations and ensure accurate payroll processing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, executing payroll, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
? Bookkeeping:? Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books
? Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports
? Assist with budgeting and financial planning
? Payroll Management:? Execute bi-weekly payroll for restaurant team members
? Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
? Manage payroll records, deductions, and benefits administration
? Administrative Support:? Maintain and organize financial documents
? Assist with invoice management and vendor payments
? Provide financial data for decision-making and audits
? Human Resources Support:? Maintain and update HR and payroll records
? Support onboarding and off boarding processes as needed
? General Assistance:? Occasionally assist with calendar management and meeting coordination
? Document meeting notes and capture actionable items
? Coordinate team activities to support morale and culture
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role
? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Microsoft Office and Google Suite
? Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant regulations
? Excellent organizational and analytical skills
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
