Perform a variety of professional, paraprofessional and technical accounting duties in the preparation, maintenance, and review of financial data.
Properly documenting and processing payroll.
Preparing invoices
Research and analyze specific problems in the preparation of assigned reports.
AR/AP
Reconcile and balance assigned accounts
Maintain accurate records and files.
Record transactions and purchases for construction company.
Tax Reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills
Previous QuickBooks Experience required
Previous Experience in manufacturing/construction office setting preferred.
Post data and make mathematical computations accurately.
Two years of increasingly responsible generic clerical experience including one year of accounting or related experience.
Understand and carry out both oral and written instructions.
