We seek a hard-working and reliable Bilingual Office Administrative Rep for our Front Office The front office receptionist is the first point of contact as customers come into the office. You greet customers, collect their information, answer any questions, schedule appointments, and notify management upon arrival of the visitors. Temporary position that could possibility lead to full time
Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as a receptionist to the site administration. • Operate a switchboard/Telephone System • Receive incoming calls and makes station connections. • Take and transmit messages. • Give routine information as requested. • Process incoming and outgoing mail. • Perform general clerical work as assigned, including typing tasks. • Direct visitors to the appropriate offices professionally and courteously. • Work cooperatively and courteously with supervisor and co-workers. • Maintain various files
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs. regularly
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
Good communication skills
Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Able to work a rotating scheduled
