We are hiring in Wilson, NC. We are looking for a qualified Accounts Payable Clerk individual looking to grow within an organization at a long-term full-time job. In this position, you will provide assistance and reporting to the Controller in all aspects of day-to-day accounting duties to include the following.
Starting Pay: $20.00
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have had past experiencing working with Sage 100 ERP. Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, according to instructions
Processing expense reports;
Receiving, verifying and processing AP Invoices
Accurately and efficiently enter AP invoices daily
Resolving AP discrepancies
Following up with consultants/vendors for inquiries or discrepancies
Support the Finance department to ensure accurate flow of invoices in a timely manner
Other general office duties as required.
Post-secondary education degree or diploma in accounting or another related field is a strong asset.
Familiar and efficient with MS Excel and Word;
Prior experience with QuickBooks;
Must possess strong communication skills;
Must be able to prioritize and manage your time effectively
