We are seeking a professional Accounting Tech to join our growing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, customer service and maintaining financial records. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and effective communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Processing payments
• Reviewing, coding and processing invoices for payment
• Preparing and entering journal entries into the accounting system
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working closely with other departments to facilitate accurate reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 2 years in an accounting/financial related position
• 2 years in an in person/phone related customer service position
