We are looking for a master multi-tasker with accounting and administrative experience. Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude is a must. Candidates should be able to assist with accounting responsibilities and generally be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in accounting duties to include AP/AR
• Data Entry
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous accounting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative experience
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Attention to detail.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
• Good communication skills
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
