Part-time Accounting/Bookkeeping Opportunity in Kinston, NC
Job Summary
We seek a hard-working and reliable Part-time Accounting/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will work in our accounting office. Daily processing of shipment and invoices, data entry, filing, coping and scanning. Ideal candidate will have 1 year office experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Daily Processing of Shipments and Invoicing via email, EDI, and SPS
• Data Entry
• Operating custom accounts payable and receivable software
• Scanning and making copies
• Handling mail
• Filing
• Processing remote deposits
• Calculating and maintaining payroll hours for 10 employees on Excel
As training progresses the position will include some other office duties leading to more work time.
