We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Starting pay $15 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone
• Process payments both in-office and via phone
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
• Make outbound calls to existing clients to schedule policy review appointments
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; and clerical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry
• Professional demeanor and dependability
