The Recruiter position will be a full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate must have experience with recruiting for industrial/construction fields.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, and in-person).
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
•Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment.
• Bilingual (Plus).
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screen and criminal background checks
