Mega Force Staffing of Fayetteville is NOW HIRING Customer Service Representatives in Dunn, NC!
Responds to Internet customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.
Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Receive Leads and responded to within two hours
- Leads are emailed template for 1st email and phone call is made if applicable.
- Email contacts are made daily.
- Phone calls are made daily with first priority going to newest leads.
- Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
- Researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
- Schedules first service appointment.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Maintains a professional and positive attitude.
Must be willing to work at least two weekends a month.
Must be willing to submit to Criminal Background and drug test.
