Mega Force Staffing has an immediate opening for a customer service/marketing representative in the Goldsboro area! 

Job Duties:

  • Work one on one with customers and vendors to assist with repairs, service requests, and ordering new products
  • Answer questions regarding current products
  • Assist with warranty information, sales and follow-ups with customers and vendors

Candidates need to be proficient in Word and Excel and have strong computer skills to allow training in specialized programming. Candidates need to have good phone skills and the ability to use a multi-line phone system.  An ideal candidate will have prior experience working with marketing in a telephone and internet reflective business.

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm

Education Requirements:  High School Diploma/GED

Hiring Requirements:  Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Job Requirements:   At least 2 years of related experience.
