HR Assistant/Administrative Assistant
Are you seeking a position in the Administrative Environment? We are currently seeking an HR Assistant Clerk in the Beulaville, NC area. Our client is currently seeking a candidate with HR Assistant/Medical Records experience with the starting pay around $10.25 hr, with a weekly pay, direct deposit. This position will be a temporary position for 2-3 months with the possibility of becoming a direct position, depending on performance, attendance and wiliness to work.
Responsibilities/Job Duties Include the following:
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain all security and confidentially of all personnel files.
Assist with analyzing policy and procedure guidelines and follow throughout with assignments.
Sort, file and collate a variety of personnel files, workers compensation records and various information into employee records consistent with company procedures.
Data Entry, Customer Service, Administrative Assistant.
All other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
At least 6 months to 2 years of related experience
