Mega Force Staffing is looking for a Finance/HR Administrator for a local manufacture in the Eden area. This position consist of 2 different jobs. 


1) Finance Manager is a hands-on role with responsibility for financial transactions including AP/AR, and customer credit management and

2) HR Administrator with responsibility for benefits management, corporate compliance, payroll, tax payments and employee on-boarding.

This position will report to the CEO with dotted line responsibility to the CFO.

Duties and Responsibilities


Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams

Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules

Review and complete payment for company AP/AR transactions

Manage invoicing function

Supervise collections

Manage state and local tax payments

Other duties as assigned


Manage legal compliance

Manage employee onboarding and termination processes

Manage employee benefits program

Manage payroll production and integrity, employee PTO tracking

Maintain company handbook and employee policies

Provide a focal point for employee issues and training

Manage extended HR resource team

Other duties as assigned





Skills and Specifications

  • 2-3 years hands on experience in finance and accounting
  • Exposure to HR management
  • Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required
  • Knowledgeable on insurance, benefits plan management
  • Experience with accounting systems and system standards



Education and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting required.
  • P&L preparation experience.
  • SAP experience preferred
